2426211 - Assignment Profile - Include Substitute Completions checkbox in the AP rules

The "Include Substitute Completions" checkbox in the Manage Rules options is not available.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

In the Learning Admin side, click:

1. Users >

2. Assignment Profiles >

3. Look for the desired Assignment Profile > click "Search" and click the Assignment Profile from the result box >

4. Click "Manage Rules" in the Actions menu.

After clicking "Manage Rules", the popup that opens does not contain the "Include Substitute Completions" checkbox visible in the "Set up Rules" box.

The "Include Substitute Completions" checkbox is not visible because there are no rules created for completed items.

In the Learning Admin side, click:

1. Users >

2. Assignment Profiles >

3. Look for the desired Assignment Profile, click "Search" and click the Assignment Profile from the result box >

4. Click "Manage Rules" in the Actions menu.

5. Click "Add Rule" >

6. In the "Select Attribute" drop box, select "Item Completion" >

7. In the "Select Operator" drop box, select the option you desire. Any option selected in this box will trigger the "Include Substitute Completions" checkbox.
