When using Standard Compensation Statement templates, you may want to include values in the text body that are specific to the user for whom the statement is created.

In the Standard statement downloadable from the Success Store, we can see the following "tags/tokens" for the name of the recipient:

[[$empFirstName]]  and [[$empLastName]] which will then be replaced by the first name and last name of the employee.

Following the same logic, the below tags can also be used to display the relevant information for the recipient of the statement
