2426287 - SOLMAN_SETUP activity 'Push DPC Configuration to Wily' fails with 'Permission denied'

Symptom

During the Basic Configuration, step Configure Automatically, the activity 'Push DPC Configuration to Wily' fails with the following error:

Unexcepted error occurs in method GenerateE2EMAIConf (Error occurs during method call on agent <SMDAgent_hostname>, to generate e2emai_conf for EM <EM_ID> in path <EM_PATH>,

cause by: E2E MAI configuration generation failed (Unexpected error occurs in task execution. (detail java.io.FileNotFoundException:   <EM_HOME>/sap/<SID>.e2emai.properties (permission denied)))).
