2426743 - ContLoctGetInterval and ContLoctGetNextSwitch entries flooding trace file

Symptom

Entries concerning time switch appear very frequently in the developer trace files.

While checking in the dev_wNN work process trace files you can see entries as:

 M  ContLoctGetInterval: 27.03.2016  00:02:31 non dst outside current time interval
 M  ContLoctGetNextSwitch: next switch: 27.03.2016  01:00:00 non dst, isDst=0
 M  ContLoctGetNextSwitch: previous switch: 25.10.2015  01:00:00 non dst, isDst=0

 

There are many such entries in the trace file which cause the file size to grow.
