2427014 - 500 Internal Server Error Received when selecting DESTINATIONS in NWA

When we navigate the following path:

NWA -> Configuration -> Destinations and we are receiving an Internal Server Error

In the default traces we can see the below output showing the details for the 500 Internal Server Error we are receiving:
