2427051 - Error when importing entry points

When trying to import an entry point, we get the following error:

Entry point: fail to import. The Entry point cannot be processed. The base or extended taxonomy is invalid or incomplete. Check log files for more details.

The application server logs shows this:

Taxonomy Import: System.IO.IOException:https://www.xbrl.org/2003/xbrl-linkbase-2003-12-31.xsd
