2427080 - Unable to access the Enrollment URL through the Relay Server

When accessing the Enrollment URL directly from the Afaria server you are able to access the page successfully.
When accessing the Enrollment URL through the Relay server you receive the following error "The webpage cannot be found"
In the Relay Server Outbound Enabler log, a bad request error HTTP 404 is shown
