2427149 - Windows print popup properties button is greyed out.

Symptom

A print was started via frontend print using Access Method G, and the option "No Device Selection at Frontend" is not set by the definition of the Output Device.
In this case a Windows print popup will be opened where the printer can be selected. In some cases the "Properties..." button is active, but in some cases it is inactive.
