Symptom

  •  It is observed the ATC Extractor for Custom Code (result) ends with Error: “Connection failed to <SID>"
  • Additionally, a corresponding Dump is seen on the affected Managed System - RFC_NO_AUTHORITY

No RFC authorization for function module "SATC_CI_INIT_STATE"
User "SM_SID" in client xxx attempted to execute function module "SATC_CI_INIT_STATE" from function group "SATC_CI_RESULT_REMOTE", but does not have the relevant RFC authorization.

The current ABAP program "SAPLSATC_CI_RESULT_REMOTE" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed
