2427314 - Custom fields are not appearing when requesting leave on Mobile App or MS Teams

Symptom

When applying for leave on the mobile app or Microsoft Teams, some custom fields which are showing on the UI (web) interface does not appear on mobile app or Microsoft Teams since they use the same API.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

Cause

Certain data types are currently supported in Mobile Time Off and Microsoft Teams.

Resolution

  • Currently, only the following data types are supported in Mobile Time Off and Microsoft Teams:
    • Attachment
    • Boolean
    • String
    • Number
    • Decimal
    • Picklist
    • Date
    • Generic Object
  • Other data types such as below are currently not supported and therefore, will not appear when requesting leave for mobile or MS Teams:
    • Time
    • Auto Number
    • DateTime
    • Translatable
    • Data Source
    • User
