2427390 - Status in PPM object is set despite failure in DFM synchronization.

1. You save an object in Project Management or Portfolio Management.
2. A DFM object link exists to another PPM object and you have customized DFM status synchronization for the objects.
3. The DFM synchronization fails because the target status is not valid.
4. Nevertheless, the status in the source object is saved. You think that this is not correct, as your expectation is that the DFM failure should cause a rollback.
