2427390 - Status in PPM object is set despite failure in DFM synchronization.

Symptom

  1. An object in Project Management or Portfolio Management is saved.
  2. A DFM object link exists to another PPM object and DFM status synchronization for the objects has been customized.
  3. The DFM synchronization fails because the target status is not valid.
  4. Nevertheless, the status in the source object is saved. The expectation is that the DFM failure should cause a rollback.
