2427443 - Dump in class CL_DPR_TRANSACTION_MANAGER when saving

1. You save a change in PPM application (e.g. in the Resource Overview or in a Portfolio Item financial planning screen).
2. A termination occurs. You may see an error message in the system frontend (e.g. "500 SAP Internal Server Error").
3. The short dump in transaction ST22 reveals that the termination occurred in class CL_DPR_TRANSACTION_MANAGER (e.g. method SUPERVISE_TRANSACTION or method ON_TRANSACTION_FINISHED).
