When launching some contents, a blank or a 404 error (File or Directory not found) is received in the browser

This error is caused by using special characters in the ID of the Content Object when setting it up initially, as it will include an escape character in the launch path for the content which can result in double escapes due to back-end transcoding and URI normalization in the browser.

Do not use special characters including ';' or '.' or ',' or '-' or spaces in the Content Object ID when setting them up.
