2428412 - RequestLogonFile -- "FAIL: Cannot create logon file" error

Symptom

  • Same symptom with KBA 1939330 , but cannot fix the issue with the KBA.
  • Test the trusted connection by executing command with the Diagnostics Agent OS user and it fails with following error:

sapcontrol -nr <Managed_System_Instance_Number> -user "" "" -function GetProcessList
