2428426 - Costs not transferred from PS to PPM when using WBS hierarchy link

When starting report /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING with "Integration" the costs should be transferred from a Sub-WBS-Element to the item when the higher-level WBS-Element is used as object link (object link type 0RPMFIWBSHIERAR).
