2428543 - Cannot Add New Entries/Reorder the 'Set Up Job Board options' State/Province List - Recruiting

Symptom

  • A State/Province is not in Admin Center > Set up Job Board Options > Country and State/Province Values Set up
  • For example, searching for 'IN-TG' (Custom Select > Search) returns message 'Found nothing matching your search criteria':

  • Is it possible to add this entry ('IN-TG') into the State/Provinces list?

Resolution

  • It is currently not possible to add additional values to the Set-up Job Board Options, nor edit the way they show up in the list.
  • This list contains about 5000 State/Province entries which have been hard-coded based on the ISO standard.
