2428680 - Time Related UoM Missing In Time Offset Within Workflow Rule

Time related UoM missing in the Time Offset field within workflow rule.

SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work centre.
2. Select the Workflow Rules work centre view.
3. Click the New button in order to create a rule.
4. Fill in the mandatory fields.
5. Click the drop down of the field Time Offset.
6. Time related UoM are missing here.

Time related UoM are blocked in the fine-tuning activity Quantities and Units of Measure.

In order to make the time related UoM visible in the Time Offset field you have to use the following steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work centre.
2. Select the Implementation Projects work centre view.
3. Select the respective implementation project.
4. Click the Open Activity List button.
5. Select the Fine-Tune tab.
6. Search and open the fine-tuning activity Quantities and Units of Measure.
7. Click the Create and Maintain Physical Units hyperlink.
8. Search the relevant UoM.
9. Set the Activation Status to Released.
10. Click Save.

The missing time related UoM should appear in the Time Offset field of the workflow rule.
