• Editing label values for 'instruction.AICCWrapper.ConfirmReadAndUnderstood' does not save
• Unable to edit AICC Wrapper instruction for a specific locale

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as LMS Admin
2. References > Manage Labels > Labels
3. Search for Label ID: instruction.AICCWrapper.ConfirmReadAndUnderstood then edit
4. Go to Locales tab and scroll down to desired locale
5. Modify label text then Apply Changes
6. Updated values are not saved

This is an expected behavior if there are existing values in the Confirmation Text of the AICC Wrapper Settings in Global Application Settings

To make changes to this label, the Confirmation Text itself must be updated in the AICC Wrapper Settings - not via the Label in References:

1. Login as LMS Admin
2. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings
3. Look for AICC Wrapper Settings
4. Update Confirmation Text
5. Save
