2428731 - Webi Translating UTF-8 to Windows-1252 for AL32UTF8

Symptom

  • Is there a way to get the UTF-8 characters that are in the database reported in UTF-8?  The UTF-8 characters are being translated to Windows-1252 when the output selected is CSV format with UTF-8 characterset selected or with UTF-16 characterset entered.
  • Configuring Oracle charactersets for reporting with Web Intelligence.
