2428748 - Using the Export Model to CSV from SAP BusinessObjects Cloud cannot exceed the limit of 100000 rows.

Symptom

  • Try to export a Planning model to CSV file with more than 100000 records (rows).

Environment

  • SAP BusinessObjects Cloud version 2016.25.2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the menu Browse > Models
  2. Select a Model and click on Export Data and select Export Model as File
  3. Select Create New Schedule
  4. A new Windows will pop-up with multiples options as filter the data from Select data option
  5. The User Interface shows that the Maximun Rows are 100000. This value can't be changed.

Cause

  • As this time this is considered by design as the rows cannot be changed
  • The current feature to increase the row limit it does not exist it might be in a future release

Resolution
