2428812 - Cannot launch Fiori application from Launchpad after deploying it on NetWeaver gateway

Symptom

  • An application is developed on WebIDE or other development platforms and works well on those; however after importing to and deploying it on NetWeaver gateway, application cannot be launched from Fiori Launchpad.
  • Typically an error pop-up "Could not open app. Try again later" is thrown.
  • Browser console logs show an error similar to "Error - found in negative cache: 'com/titlemaster/Component.js' from /sap/bc/bsp/sap/<application_object>/Component.js: 404 - Business Server Page (BSP) Error <application_name>".
