2428828 - TRUST030 when distributing PSE in STRUST

Symptom

During distribution of the PSE configuration, both symptoms apply:

  1. System raises "Error during test signature" (instances appears with a red square/circle) when trying to distribute the SSL related PSE to other applications servers.
  2. By accessing the problematic instance and running STRUST, all SNC and SSL related PSEs are missing in the navigation tree. Also, in the work process trace, the message 'SSF_SUP_NOTALLFUNCTIONS' occurs during SSF initialization.
