2429006 - Exclude Tables list in RSCCEXPT are still copied during client copy

Symptom

You put some tables in exclude list via "report RSCCEXPT > Tables" or "Edit > Expert settings > Tables" according to the note 70290, but the tables are still copied during client copy.
