2429199 - Error Message: "Assigned Employee XYZ is Not Valid from DD1.MM1.YYYY1 to DD2.MM2.YYYY2", While Changing Validity for Employees

You require to update the Validity for the Employee, but not able to proceed due to error:

Assigned Employee XYZ is Not Valid from DD1.MM1.YYYY1 to DD2.MM2.YYYY2

*XYZ represents the Employee

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Organizational Management work center
2. Go to Org Structures view
3. Find the Organizational Unit XXXXX (where XXXXX represents the Organizational Unit)
4. Go to tab Employees
5. In the Employee section, change the Validity From date to DD1.MM1.YYYY1
6. System throws error

Validity for an Employee can be maintained in the Administrator work center.

To change the Validity for an Employee, use the Employees view in the Administrator work center. Using Personalize, add the field Valid From date to the screen, to be able to maintain the Validity.

Further, to have an easy access to the Validity of the Employees, you can also add the Valid From date to the Employee Quick View.
