2429222 - PY-GB: Dump error on Infotypes with Time constraint '3': CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_POSTCONDITION

Symptom

When trying to save or delete an Infotype record the Time constraint of which is set to '3' - e.g. IT0624 or IT0024 - the below dump error is received if the PC UI Main Switch is activated.
