2429679 - Product WT includes source HU despite Storage Type customizing

Symptom

When creating a Product Warehouse Task (WT), the source Handling Unit (HU) is specified automatically by the system.
According to the Storage Type (ST) customizing in regards to the level of available quantity (set to bin level) and available quantities for batches (set to neutral), it would be expected to create the WT without source HU.

Users also observe the same behavior when creating picking WTs for Bulk Storage Types.
