2429897 - Public Holidays Not Displayed on Employee Times Report


You have set up a Public Holiday on the Holiday Calendar for a specific Country. When you open the reports Employee Times: Weekly or Employee Times: Monthly, the Holiday hours are not displayed.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
  2. Enter the Design Reports view.
  3. Search for either the report Employee Times: Weekly or Employee Times: Monthly.
  4. Click on the report name to open it.
  5. Enter the desired filtering.
  6. Click on the Apply button.

Here you can see that the configured holiday is not included in the report results.


The reports Employee Times: Weekly and Employee Times: Monthly will show Recorded Times and Planned Working Times. Since there are no Planned hours for a Public holiday, no entries will be displayed for the holiday unless there are Times Recorded by employees on that day.


The system works as expected.
