2430019 - Incomplete dropdown contents or incorrect position of dropdown in IE11

After a SAP Portal update, the following issues with dropdowns (i.e. combobox) in Web Dynpro applications inside SAP Portal might occur:

1. The contents of the dropdown box are displayed incomplete, with missing options. There is no scrollbar provided in the dropdown, users must navigate with arrowkeys to select the last dropdown option. Selecting an item in the list does populate the data.

2. Dropdown options appear below of the iView or outside the screen boundaries, instead of immediately under the field.
