2430089 - Downloading note correction timeout after long duration

Symptom

When downloading a note correction in SNOTE, the downloading process takes too long and a time-out error appears.

A short dump may also be visible on transaction ST22:

Scenario 1:

Category                  ABAP Programming Error                                                       
Runtime Errors         TIME_OUT                                                                     
ABAP Program           SAPLSCWU

The program "SAPLSCWU" has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime without                     
    interruption and has therefore been terminated.

Scenario 2:

Category                   ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors          TIME_OUT
ABAP Program           RADBTDDF

Program "RADBTDDF" has exceeded the maximum uninterrupted runtime and has
therefore been terminated.
