2430111 - How to trigger email notifications to job owner when scheduled job starts?

Symptom

Trigger email notifications when scheduled jobs start

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

Ask your Implementation partner or Customer Support to enable the option "Send E-mail when job starts" in Provisioning.

They will then need to got to the specific job in EDIT mode under Manage Scheduled Jobs section.

For an E-mail to get triggered when the job starts, the above highlighted option has to be enabled to start receiving E-mail when the job starts.
