2430120 - Incorrect Time Zone in Tendering Email

Symptom

In the tendering notification emails, the time zones for the pickup/delivery dates and times are the same, even though the locations are in different time zones.

Example: you may prefer that the pickup time reference the source location's time zone and the delivery time reference the destination location's time zone.
