Symptom

  • Following exception happens in IDM-GRC integration:
     
    org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog
     
    The exception details are shown in VDS operation log. See KBA 2359790 about how to get high log level VDS operation log.
  • This exception can happen when:
    a. Common initial load job is running.
    b. Read Status task is running.
