2430484 - Job profile Builder: Clarification on user interface behaviour under manage job profile

When you create a new job profile and try to add to one of the sections some of the options are appearing in red writing and some are appearing in black writing

• All HCM SuccessFactors version.
• Job profile builder.

     1 - Go to Admin Center > Manage Job Profiles > Create Job Profile > Perfiles Estrategicos Locales Iberia > Test Support SAP > Next

     2 - Click on the +Add button beside Position Characteristics

     3 - The first option for each appears in red writing even though they are on the same level

This is expected behaviour,  the highlighted red color data is hyperlink and it is data of competency category/library.

And so, the competency category or library is left aligned. As confirmed with our user interface team it is expected behaviour of the field as it need to be differentiated as an hyperlink.
