2430554 - Error:"The data source is invalid: 'Error: Provider Selection Object: Initialization Issue'." when refreshing reports based on BEx Query in Crystal Reports for Enterprise

• Error: "The data source is invalid: 'Error: Provider Seletion Object: Initialization Issue'."
        
• When scheduling reports based off a BEx Query, it fails with the error:     
  "The data source is invalid: 'com.sap.ip.bi.base.exception.BIBaseRuntimeException: Error: Provider Selection Object: Initialization Issue'. Please contact the maintainer of the data source to solve the problem. (CRS 300003)" 
       
• When attempting to edit the query of a report, or refresh a report based off a BEx Query with hierarchies in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it fails with the error:     
  "The data source is invalid: 'Error: Provider Seletion Object: Initialization Issue'."
       
• The same reports used to refresh successfully prior to applying the latest product update to Crystal Reports for Enterprise and the SAP BusinessObjects BI Server.
