2430587 - 'The target release 101 SP 0000 is lower than the required minimum target release 9999 SP 9999" error for the component IS-CWM during S/4HANA conversion checks

During Pre-check for S/4HANA conversion the report R_S4_PRE_TRANSITION_CHECKS, which calls the S/4HANA Conversion Pre-Checks stops with one of the following error messages,
