2431321 - No Export File in Campaign After Successful Execution

Symptom

A campaign was finished successfully and although Export List was chosen in the Build facet, no export file is available in the Attachments facet.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
  2. Select the Campaigns view.
  3. Find and open campaign XYZ (XYZ represents the campaign ID) that was finished successfully.
  4. Switch to the Attachments facet.

No export file is available.

Cause

The campaign has the status Finished and the execution status Finished Successfully, but no member was contacted. In the facet Execution Details it is visible that all members are shown as Not Contacted.

An attachment will be only created if at least one member is contacted successfully.

Resolution

This is the expected system behaviour.
