Symptom

You use Sybase ASE as a database for an SAP Business Suite or SAP NetWeaver system.

After an update of the ASE server or the DBClient (ODBC driver), no ODBC driver or an outdated version of the driver is being used by the SAP system. This can be seen in the corresponding developer traces.
