2431372 - Parameter NO_OBJECT_NAVIGATOR=X is not working correctly in MasterData Application HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA

Symptom

When launching the Personnel & Organization application in HR Renewal - HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA
you find that the object navigator pane is available as expected and allows for entry to be made (Example: PERNR)

However you are using the Parameter NO_OBJECT_NAVIGATOR to suppress this pane when navigating further in the application
and passing this parameter in the equivalent Role/Instance (Standard Example: HRPAO; NAVIGATION) in the launchpad as
NO_OBJECT_NAVIGATOR=X is having an adverse effect and the page is not rendered correctly.
