The 'Add Custom Learning Activity' feature needs to be removed or enabled in the Development Plan.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Development Plan.
- Under a Development Goal > Click on 'Add Learning Activity'
- Add Custom Learning activity is appearing and should be disabled (or it is not appearing, but should be).
The "Add Custom Learning Activity" option will only be available for instances that have CDP + LMS integration (Transcript) enabled. When the CDP + LMS integration is enabled, it allows the users to add Learning Activities from the LMS Learning Catalog, but there is also an option to allow users to add Learning Activities manually (custom ones), to record Learning Activities conducted outside LMS.
This option is controlled from the company settings in the back-end (provisioning). To enable or disable it, raise an incident with Cloud Product Support (or engage your Implementation Partner) to enable or disable the option "Enable Add Learning Activity Manually" in the backend (Provisioning).
How to enable/disable this option? (for Cloud Product Support and Partners)
- Go to Provisioning > Company Settings
- Search for "Enable Add Learning Activity Manually" checkbox > enable or disable the option> Save.
Note: for this option to work, CDP + LMS integration should be configured for the instance ("Transcript" feature enabled and the Learning Activities template associated to the Development Plan template). Also, Custom Learning Activities that are added manually cannot be linked or associated to an existing LMS course due to the LMS being its own entity to record learning.
