2431472 - HDBDaemon status on SAP HANA system shows "Running but status info unavailable"

You see either or both of the following symptoms in HANA system.

• Check status of HANA services in HANA Studio, you see that the status of hdbdaemon process as "Running but status info unavailable".

• Run the command below on the HANA server,

It returns "hdbdaemon, HDB Deamon, Yellow, Running but status info unavailable."

However, when you check the processes from OS level you see that HANA processes like indexserver, nameserver services etc. are running. And other processes like system replication(if configured) are running fine too.
