2431713 - Map Job Code to Role Error: There were no results

When trying to map a job code to a role, typing the job code name shows There were no results

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Job Profile Content
3. In the Select Content Type dropdown, select Set Up Families and Roles
4. Select the Families tab> select a family name
5. Select the Roles tab > click on a role name
6. Select the Mapped Job Codes tab > Select Add Job Code
7. Type an active job code name
8. Receive error

The job code is already mapped to another role

A job code can only be mapped once so you cannot have the same job code mapped to multiple roles.
