Symptom
When a Background Job is failed, System throws error message in the Job Log.
Error:Technical Error /BOPF/LIBRARY_ESA033; Report an case.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Application and User Management Work Center.
- Go to Background Jobs View.
- In Show select All Failed Jobs.
- Select Go.
- Select the Job and Select View Job Log.
A new window opens up with the Log and error message as follows:
Error:Technical Error /BOPF/LIBRARY_ESA033; Report an case.
Cause
This error occurs as there is a sequence error occurred in the Runs, which can be checked as follows.
- Go to Outbound Logistics Work Center.
- Go to Outbound Delivery Requests View.
- In Show Select all Outbound Delivery Runs.
- Select Go.
- Select Application Log xxxxx
- Navigate to Results tab.
- Select Expand All.
- Select and Expand Node Messages.
- Check the sequenced error message.
Now you can further check this error message in order to find out the cause of the issue.
Resolution
System is working as designed.
