2431819 - Curriculum does not calculate the Retraining correctly

Symptom

User's retraining record does not update after second learning event added to the system.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Cause

  • If the Retraining Configuration within the Curriculum does not reach the minimum number of days/months/quarters/years configured, Curriculum won't consider the last user's completion, only the first one. This is the current system behavior confirmed by Engineering and Product Management teams.

Resolution

  •  Delete/adjust the user's record manually via Learning Event Editor tool and, if deleted, add it again using the Record Learning - Multiple tool and make sure that the latest completion date fulfill the entire period set in the Curriculum Retraining Configuration.
