2432267 - Transfer of an Exposure Position to Hedge Management fails with THM_EXPOSURE 076

Symptom

Transaction FTREX12 is used to transfer an exposure position to the hedge accounting. During the transfer, the system displays error message THM_EXPOSURE076, because the hedge plan is not yet valid for the start date of the exposure.
