2432341 - SMP 3.0 OData runtime server cannot start

Symptom

  • SMP 3.0 OData Server will not start
  • SMP log shows the following warning and error:

    2017 02 20 01:07:20#0-600#WARN#com.sybase365.mobiliser.util.tools.bully.impl.TransactionalBullyMediator###push-dispatcher-1########Was not able to determine current bully status. Assuming not responsible org.springframework.transaction.CannotCreateTransactionException: Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException:
    Cannot get a connection, pool error Timeout waiting for idle object
