2432349 - Attachment In E-mail Rejected or removed due to SAP acceptable use policy

Attachments are rejected by Xpuregate, if sent by e-mail (both Inbound and Outbound) with reason: "550 REJECT dangerous.attachment".

OR

Email is received with the attachment name as "noname.txt" and content says "Attachment has been removed due to SAP acceptable use policy"

E-mails with the following attachments are rejected and this change affects all users/domains:


ade, adp, app, asp, bas, bat, bhx, cab, ceo, chm, cmd, com, cpl, crt, csr, der, exe, fxp, hlp, hta, inf, ins,
isp, its, js, jse, lnk, mad, maf, mag, mam, mar, mas, mat, mde, mim, msc, msi, msp, mst, ole, pcd, pif, reg,
scr, sct, shb, shs, vb, vbe, vbmacros, vbs, vsw, wmd, wmz, ws, wsc, wsf, wsh, xxe, docm, xlsm

Note: This is true as well for certain archives: arj, cab, jar, lha, rar, tar, zip.

Due to Malware threat, we cannot allow those extension files to keep in mail server. Recommendation is to avoid using mentioned file extensions.
