2432507 - Gap Analysis Pod is not Visible to the Employee

Gap Analysis Pod is not Visible in the employee step.

Performance Management

1. Log in as the employee and open the PM form. Notice that the Gap Analysis pod is not visible even if you set it as enabled for ALL roles in the button permission.

2. Log in as the manager. The pod is visible to the manager.

The Gap Analysis Pod is only visible to the Manager which is the expected system bahavior.

Gap analysis pod is designed for Managers to have a view of the gap between his ratings and employee's ratings and the employee shouldn't have visibility to this.
