2432574 - Starting File2Socket results in Classpath error - SAP Event Stream Processor

Symptom

When trying to start the File2Socket utility, these error messages are displayed:

[java] The ' characters around the executable and arguments are

[java] Could not find File2Socket. Make sure you have it in your classpath
