Fields are not mapping between ONB 1.0 and EC in Personal Information Portlet

Configuration issue

Please find below with respect to Personal Information Portlet:

1. In Personal information portlet, most frequent issue is Gender.

With respect to Gender:

a) If you are using dropdown in panel and look up in data dictionary, then RCM2KMS Lookup mapping file is required. Please refer this KBA 2396681 - RCM2KMS Lookup Mapping (state, gender field) - Onboarding 1.0.

b) If you are using Picklist in panel and picklist in data dictionary this will not work.

c) If you are using dropdown in panel, picklist in data dictionary, make ensure code in data list is mapping to external code in Picklist File.

NOTE: Do not use Key MaritalStatus on the panel and for the mapping because the mapping will not work that key is reserved for other purposes
