2433048 - Browser freezes when adding an appraisal attachment

Symptom

  • When attaching a file to an appraisal, the browser becomes unresponsive (hangs).
  • A brief popup may appear with the following message:
    "This application cannot be used because it is started in a wrong browser mode. Internet Explorer runs in standards mode (IE9 or higher). The application was started, however, in compatibility mode. (Note 1970689)
